The Sennheiser PC 151 is also marketed as a computer gaming headset and as such has been designed to perform most optimally with computers. However, it can also be connected to a PS4 although an audio adapter must be purchased separately for this purpose.
Customization
The Logitech G430 does not have any customization features. The headset is black with bright blue highlights including the ear pads.
The Sennheiser PC 151 is a very basic looking headset. It has a narrow headband and over the ear pads with a mic attached to the left one. It only comes in black.
Comfort
The ear cups for the Logitech G430 actually rotate. By pivoting the ear cups you can make sure that you get a personalized fit, every time.
The ear cups rotate 90 degrees and at their max rotation, lay flat. This makes them easy to transport as well as more comfortable if you have your headset resting around your neck.
The ear pads are covered with sports-performance cloth which enable a soft-touch comfort. You can even take the cloth cover off to wash so that your headset remains in pristine condition.
The Sennheiser PC 151 headset has large ear pads made from foam that boast an ability to keep you feeling comfortable, even during long gaming sessions.
Recommendation
The Logitech G430 and the Sennheiser PC 151 are serious gaming headsets, built for serious gamers. It’s no wonder that both headsets consistently make recommendation lists for ultimate gamers.
While both are strong, the Logitech G430 has great audio along with a more stylized headset. These factors make the Logitech G430 the better headset to purchase.
