If you prefer to work in a well-lit environment, then our suggestion is to go with the Logitech K750. Not only is it charged by light, but it lacks the backlighting seen on the K800 to support working in a darker environment.
If you prefer to work in a darker environment, our suggestion leans towards the K800. It has great backlighting options, including automatic backlight on and off and hand proximity detection.
If you don’t mind working in either environment, then our overall product recommendation between the Logitech K750 and the K800 goes to the K800. The laser-etched keys, clear edge and amazing backlighting features are highly desired. In addition to those features, the PerfectStroke key system and whisper quiet keys make working in any environment, busy or quiet, much more comfortable. You don’t have to hear the loud clicks, especially if you type fast.
We do like, however, the three-month battery life on the Logitech K750. That’s a great battery life off of one charge.
