With that said, the overall product recommendation goes to the Logitech MK550. The Logitech MK550 has wonderful design features, but the winning features fall to the 128-bit AES encryption and the laser mouse.
While the encryption feature might not be a selling point to all users, the laser mouse certainly is. The Logitech MK550’s laser mouse allows it to be used anywhere, on any surface. This makes the Logitech MK550 much more consumer friendly than other wireless keyboard and mouse combinations.
It would have been nice to see the mouse battery life extended to the three years that the keyboard has. This is a feature seen on the MK710 that would have been nice to see on the Logitech MK550.
