Cisco rv016 and rv042.

While both of these Cisco wireless router models are great options, the overall product recommendation would have to go to the Cisco rv016. It features the same great security options as the rv042, but has the ability to hold data traffic at a higher standards and balance the data going through it with a higher number of Ethernet ports.
The Cisco rv016 not only had a significantly higher number of ports than the rv042, but it also has the capabilities of device management and setup options through a web-based mode. This makes it easier for technicians to remote into the router to troubleshoot and set up for clients and employees using the VPN remote access tools.
The one benefit that the rv042 has over the Cisco rv016, however, is the ability to log events. This can help a business track what has been worked on and anything pending that needs to be dealt with.
