The Logitech G430 does not have any customization features. The headset is black with bright blue highlights including the ear pads.

The Logitech G930 are made for lasting comfort and feature over-the ear cups so that you can wear the headsets for long periods of time.
The ear cups for the Logitech G430 actually rotate. By pivoting the ear cups you can make sure that you get a personalized fit, every time.
The ear cups rotate 90 degrees and at their max rotation, lay flat. This makes them easy to transport as well as more comfortable if you have your headset resting around your neck.
The ear pads are covered with sports-performance cloth which enable a soft-touch comfort. You can even take the cloth cover off to wash so that your headset remains in pristine condition.
Recommendation
While the Logitech G430 does not have the ability to program specific G Keys on its headset, it still appears to be better than the Logitech G930. The sound it specific and precise, making the Logitech G430 gaming headset the better option.
