While the open ear design on the Sennheiser Game One is nice, the Zero’s triple layered memory foam and thick leatherette features bring the comfort to the next level. In addition, the closed ear design and painted steel ear cup grids allows for less noise to get through the headphones, increasing the noise cancelling feature on this particular Sennheiser model.
Aside from the design features, these two models are nearly identical. Both are fantastic options to consider for your gaming needs. In the end, your decision comes down to whether or not you like open ear designs or closed ear designs. If you are prone to overheating during longer gaming sessions, then the open ear design of the Sennheiser Game One might be better suited for you.
