The Turtle Beach X32 and the Turtle Beach PX3 have dual 2.4/5 GHz dual band Wi-Fi radio technology which means that wireless interference is virtually eliminated. The Turtle Beach X32 and the PX3 also come with multiple EQ and stereo expander presents.
The speakers in both headsets are 50 mm and have a lightweight design.
The Turtle Beach X32 and the Turtle Beach PX3 both have a microphone monitor so that you can hear your voice in your headset so that you don’t start shouting while simultaneously chatting and gaming.
Both headsets are wireless.
Compatibility
The Turtle Beach X32 and the Turtle Beach PX3 are both marketed for use with the Xbox gaming system. While some users report no issues when using either headset for PC gaming, Turtle Bay recommends using a different line of headsets designed specifically for PC gaming.
You can use both the Turtle Beach X32 and the Turtle Beach PX3 with mobile devices. To do so, you can remove the mic and change the cord from an inline cable to a mobile cable.

If you are planning on using the Turtle Beach X32 for game audio then you will need to connect the headset to stereo outputs from your TV or audio receiver. For game chat with Xbox One, you can will need to use the Kinect.
Customization
Neither the Turtle Beach X32 nor the Turtle Beach PX3 allow you to customize the design of your headset. Both come in a standard black color with a lime green highlight around each ear piece.
For the audio, however, both the Turtle Beach X32 and the Turtle Beach PX3 allow you to create the sound you want to hear from your headset.
The Turtle Beach X32 has sound field expander presets that allow you to boost the sound levels on both your right and left sides for better tactical accuracy while playing a game. There are also equalizer presets that allow you to create different bass and treble boost combinations.
The Turtle Beach X32 also allows you to mix and match audio settings, depending on different gaming scenarios.
Comfort
The headband for the Turtle Beach X32 and the Turtle Beach PX3 is both cushioned and adjustable. The headband also has breathable fabric mesh so as not to irritate your head.
The ear cushions for both headsets are made of soft, comfortable mesh so that you can go for a marathon gaming session and still be comfortable.
Recommendation
While over all the Turtle Beach X32 and the Turtle Beach PX3 seem similar, the Turtle Beach X32 gaming headset uses newer technology that makes it a better purchase as an investment in your gaming future.
